Job Purpose

To support the retail credit risk management functions of the Bank.  Performing regular sample checks in order to enhance the quality of retail credit analysts’ decisions and knowledge.

Key Accountabilities

  • Reviewing the accuracy of the credit decision to evaluate the approved cases against the acceptance criteria determined in the credit policy manual to insure the correctness, Completeness of the data in the application form and data accuracy on the system.
  • Review and make sure that all files documents and data entered information’s quality are compliance to credit criteria.
  • Perform daily sample checks for approved and rejected applications.
  • Sending daily report with sampling findings.
  • Assist internal clients (Credit Officers) in the submission of each product presentations to be reviewed.
  • Act as a point of reference for retail credit policies and procedures.
  • Follow up samples of cases with Fraud Management.
  • Participate/lead in projects associated with the department.
  • Provide support to other functions within the Credit Risk Management Department.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience

Experience

  • Credit policy manuals.
  • Products knowledge.
  • Process knowledge.
  • Minimum 3 years in retail credit underwriting.
  • Attended the credit policy training.
