Job Purpose

Efficiently Coordinate with the assigned ATM services and Provide support on ATM Operations ensuring prompt customer service and perform clerical work as well as record keeping and filing.

Specific Accountabilities

Monitoring:  Check ATMs performances and maximum utilization of ATM machines.

System Testing: Ensure that all system changes go through the proper channels

Support: Ensure that adequate support is provided to internal helpdesk when required for all queries / issues related to customers and ensure prompt and complete closure of concerns / enquiries

Enquiries: Work internally with other departments in the bank for ATM related queries, ensure timely resolution

Data Documentation: Maintain required customer data as per assigned service to obtain accurate trend.

Data Preparation Collate, extract data and procedures routine reports/schedules/summaries/letters.

Filing Handle the filing system, distribution of documents and the data entry

Education

Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management

Experience

  • 1 years’ experience clerical and administrative experience
  • operational experience
  • Experience in providing support services

Skills

  • Knowledge of filing, archiving & documenting management.
  • Knowledge of ATM technology
