EM, Corporate Banking or SM, Corporate Banking

Carry out credit analysis, support client management and handle small clients under supervision

1. People Management Supervise employees and the team in line with people policies & practices. Communicate operational procedures.

Credit applications Prepare credit applications by analysing and checking application, ensure information is correct and correctly input in the right format. Engage with the client in ensuring information supporting the application is correct
Credit process. Prepare submissions to credit committees and handle requests for clarification and additional information. Advise client of progress of application
Setting up accounts. Process documents to set up facilities through engaging with client on collateral etc.
Remedial accounts Handle remedial accounts initially then transfer documentation etc.
Client management Manage a small portfolio of clients ensuring client needs are delivered and a high-quality service is provided
Sales Identify sales opportunities and engage with clients directly or with a senior colleague
MIS Ensure MIS is accurate and ensure it is used accurately in analysing portfolio performance

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Finance or ACCM Certified

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate banking in credit application and process
Experience of supporting corporate customers
Experience in credit analysis, credit process and portfolio management

Internal Stakeholders: All Corporate Teams, Risk Management, Remedial, Treasury, Operations and Retail

External Stakeholders: Corporate Customers
