Job Purpose

Delivering solutions to business problems begins with defining, analyzing, documenting and prioritizing requirements, which can be translated to deliverables and fulfill the business needs.

Generic Accountabilities

1. People Management Supervise employees and the team in line with people policies & practices. Communicate operational procedures.

Specific Accountabilities

  1. Engagement Engage with users and establish requirements
  2. Design and planning Establish functional design, process definition, data requirements, testing process etc. 
  3. Solutions Deliver solutions and ensure these align with user requirements
  4. Solutions Deliver solutions and ensure these align with user requirements
  5. Acceptance Present solutions and conduct initial acceptance testing 
  6. Testing Carry out user testing, address issues and ensure user issues are addressed quickly and effectively.
  7. Customer service Deliver service quality in all work and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through feedback processes.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Logistics

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years' Business analysis field experience
  • 5+ Experience in leading Professional Service Company
