Key accountabilities

 

  1. Business networking Maintain contact with key potential clients
  2. Marketing Skills Deliver presentations and achieve sales of ABK's products and services
  3. Sales: Carry out tele-sales activities as part of business development activities
  4.  Cross selling Promote ABK and its products and services
  5. Sales Deliver sales in line with sales targets and budgets
  6. Customer management: Provide customer service at all stages of sales/conversion process
  7. Date Process: Complete credit applications then follow through to obtain the salary continuation certificate
  8. Complaints Management: Handle issues raised by clients as part of the sales process
  9. Product Knowledge: Answer product queries and provide client reassurance
