Job Purpose

Maintain SME’s customers’ relationship and enhance their utilization to increase business profits from existing customers

Key Accountabilities

  • Acquire new customers to offer the bank’s products & services and maintaining the existing customers’ relationship management
  • Prepare the Packages renewals & Financial Analysis.
  • Raise the portfolio of ABK’s products and services and deliver information to customers
  • Promote the bank’s product and services and regenerate business from current customers
  • Handle issue raised by clients as part of daily operations
  • Monitor of service levels and utilization of booked SME’s customers
  • Accounts management and profitability oriented

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Accounting or Economics

Experience

-Minimum of 3-5 years banking experience in relationship management or corporate credit management

- A credit course is a must.
