Graphic Design Creation:
- Receive and analyze design briefs and conceptualize requirements that match communication & business objectives.
- Define requirements and develop relevant creative concepts including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos.
- Design high-quality static and animated visuals, including marketing deliverables, branding elements, reports, infographics, videos, brochures, posters, and presentations, tailored to the Bank’s communication needs.
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, professional, and aligned with the Bank’s brand identity and communication goals.
- Develop engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, internal communications, digital screens, and events.
Innovation and Creativity:
- Stay updated on design and motion graphics trends to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the Bank’s creative outputs.
- Propose new design concepts that enhance the effectiveness and visual appeal of various Bank’s communications.
- Constantly upgrade technical skills to adapt to new technologies needed to enhance design quality and productivity.
Production Management:
- Coordinate with external agencies and production houses to ensure the successful delivery of all marketing material.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring final outputs meet quality standards, align with design specifications, and adhere to set brand guidelines and project deadlines.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Collaborate with various team members and communicate effectively with all stakeholders to meet project deadlines and expectations.
- Ensure all design projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Brand Consistency and Compliance:
- Ensure all designs adhere to the Bank’s brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain consistency in design across all materials and platforms while ensuring alignment with the Bank’s values and goals.
- Work on constantly strengthening brand image through enhancing and uplifting brand guidelines with fresh design elements.
Experience
- At least 3-4 years professional experience
- A strong eye for visual composition
- Strong ability to translate requirements into design Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
