Senior SME's Utilization Officer

  1. Checking purposes of any transaction pre-fact according to the terms and conditions of credit approvals, bank procedures, credit policy & CBE regulations. 
  2. Prepare manual customer positions including customer discrepancies to be submitted to CRD / SME’s departments.
  3. Ensures obtaining proper approvals in case of any irregularity prior to perform any transaction from a propitiate approving authorities.
  4. Responsible for approving all counter and clearing chqs.
  5. Responsible for second level approval for utilization officer level
  6. Responsible for approving all type of LGs and insuring the existence of cash cover & commission before issuance.
  7. Responsible for approving local and foreign transfers.
  8. Responsible for approving opening all types of LCs (local and foreign).
  9. Participate in any UAT related to bank’s new products, application, reports, &/or enhancement.
  10. Responsible for disbursement of refinance & revolving loans.
  11. Responsible for disbursement of business loans.
  12. Responsible for approving any form4 or IDC to insure having the related percentage of cash cover.
  13. Responsible for interest settlements, commissions, and installments related short /medium term loan.
  14. Responsible for flagging any of the facilities either to be exempted or no from stamp duty fees.
  15. Custodian of transactional documents (Trust Receipts) to ensure safeguarding banks assets and assuring that customers are in powered to sign such documents according to the companies by-law & responsible for manually check & count of T.Rs on monthly basis.
  16. Responsible for monitoring returned &/or rejected checks to clients as advised by PDC department to take the necessary actions in case of shortfalls or excess.
  17. Identify the commissions for all advance payment checks as per CP and direct the collection to the correct current account.
  18. Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly CBE reports within the approved time frame. (8 reports)
  19. Responsible for any early settlements regarding short- & medium-term loans, including adjusting any billed payments.
  20. Responsible for Manually calculating & adjusting marginalized & written off accounts with HDBC for non-accrual clients
  21. Responsible of archiving all obtained customer’s special approvals on archiving system.
  22. Responsible for written-off customers and direct manually any payments to the correct GLs.
  23. Responsible for manual settlements of unpaid discount chqs and follow up settlements.

Education:

  • BA Commerce or equivalent discipline

Knowledge:

  • Credit admin Knowledge
  • CBE regulations
  • Banking accounts.

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience
