Sales & Services Head - Kattameya Creeks/One Ninety

Job Purpose

1. Sales Achieve sales targets for all bank’s products as per branch business objectives
2. Sales opportunities Maximize opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing & potential Customers
3. Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
4. Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers.
5. Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
6. Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from customers; escalate issue when outside authority
7. Custody 2nd Custodian of Cash area, along with required tasks, e.g. ATM refurbishment, cash reconciliation, etc
8. Customer transactions Supervise CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions are promptly logged and documents completed
9. Work supervision Supervise all CSR's daily activities.
10. Corporate governance Ensure all activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks
11. Compliance & AML: AML duties for opening accounts /update KYC … etc.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years in a branch role, typically CSR
• Sales experience
• Experience of handling and customer transactions and requests
