Key Accountabilities

  • Sales Achieve sales targets as per wealth Management department objectives
  • Sales opportunities utilizing opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing Customers
  • Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
  • Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers and refer new sales opportunities to Senior relationship Manager
  • Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
  • Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from clients; escalate issue if needed to the senior relationship manager
  • Customer requests Process requests from new customers and provide them with excellent service

Experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years in a branch role, typically CSR
  • Sales experience
  • Experience of handling customer transactions and requests
