Key Accountabilities
- Sales Achieve sales targets as per wealth Management department objectives
- Sales opportunities utilizing opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing Customers
- Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
- Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers and refer new sales opportunities to Senior relationship Manager
- Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
- Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from clients; escalate issue if needed to the senior relationship manager
- Customer requests Process requests from new customers and provide them with excellent service

Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years in a branch role, typically CSR
- Sales experience
- Experience of handling customer transactions and requests
