Job Purpose

Support the design, development, and testing of ABK's digital products, with a focus on software applications that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. This role is key to implementing full-stack solutions under supervision, contributing to innovative banking technology.

Generic Accountabilities

2. Corporate Governance and Compliance Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks

Specific Accountabilities

•   Full-Stack Development: Write and test code across frontend and backend systems (e.g., using JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python).
•   User Interface Design: Develop responsive interfaces using modern frameworks to support intuitive customer journeys.
•   System Integration: Assist in integrating APIs, third-party tools, and internal services to build cohesive solutions.
•   Version Control & Testing: Participate in code reviews, use Git for collaboration, and support unit and integration testing.
•   Performance Monitoring: Run diagnostics, help profile application performance, and document technical processes.
•   Creative Product Contributions: Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new digital product features and enhancements.
•   UX Collaboration: Work with design teams to align software solutions with customer needs and product aesthetics.
Learning and Development: Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and explore new tools relevant to digital banking.
