Reports To

Branch Manager with Head of Elite Banking oversight

Job Purpose

Efficiently manage high worth clients, providing high end services and maximizing profits along with creating good will for the bank

Generic Accountabilities

1. People Management Supervise employees and the team in line with people policies & practices. Communicate operational procedures.

Specific Accountabilities

  1. Target Planning: Achieve agreed individual performance targets for income generation, product sales and new client growth targets
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction with all products/services offered by ABK and ACIC
  3. Business Development: Coordinate when needed with product specialists in different businesses (e.g. CBD, ACIC, Treasury) to push for products
  4. Exercise Organization: Conduct KYC exercise
  5. Sales: Deliver sales of products and services. Prepare sales plans in order to meet established targets. Ensure that relevant products are sold to customers based on customer risk profiles
  6. Enquiry Management: Respond to client enquiries and request
  7. Clients Management: approach new clients by offering new products, services  and providing continuous customer service

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years banking sector experience 
  • Minimum Experience 3 years in Affluent Banking, or in supporting relationship management
  • Successful record of supporting major high worth clients

Skills

  • Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
  • Knowledge of Retail Banking practice and processes
