Job Purpose
Manage relationships with customers through handling queries and marketing/selling products

Specific Accountabilities
- Sales Achieve sales targets for loans, FDs, credit cards and salary accounts as per branch business objectives
- Sales opportunities Maximize opportunities to sell additional products and services to the existing Customers
- Products Explain products and services to customers in order to achieve sales
- Priority customers Maintain strong relationships with priority customers and refer sales opportunities to Premium Banking team
- Customer service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals by reducing customer complaints
- Complaints Resolve issues and complaints from customers; escalate issue when outside authority
- Customer requests Process requests from new customers and provide them with excellent service from day 1
- Customer transactions Support CSRs in customer transactions, ensure transactions are promptly logged and documents completed
Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Business Administration and Management
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a branch role, typically CSR
- Sales experience
- Experience of handling and customer transactions and requests
Skills
- Advanced knowledge of products and services
- Good understanding of customer needs
Work Contract
Internal Stakeholders: All Consumer Banking Departments, Operations, Other ABK departments as necessary
