Job Purpose

Deliver applications solutions in line with user requirements

Generic Accountabilities

2. Corporate Governance and Compliance Work fully within risk policies and procedures and compliance regulations and ensure all divisional activities comply with corporate governance & regulatory/legal frameworks

Specific Accountabilities

•    Define Requirements: Define and document user requirements, ensuring alignment with available applications.
•    Source Solutions: Identify and source applications that meet user needs and are cost-effective.
•    Ensure Compliance: Adhere to risk policies and compliance regulations to maintain corporate governance.
•    Conduct Testing: Engage users in testing applications, conduct risk assessments, and prepare rollout programs.
•    Implement Solutions: Facilitate the rollout of solutions through effective communication and training.
•    Support Users: Assist users in defining requirements, ensuring all changes are documented and thoroughly tested before production.
•    Resolve Issues: Monitor performance issues, deliver resolutions, and implement necessary modifications.
•    Manage Sourcing: Cultivate relationships with vendors and ensure timely delivery of applications.
•    Monitor Applications: Track application performance and assess user feedback to enhance service quality.
 

Job Success Factors

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience

Experience

•    Minimum 2 years of experience.
•    System operations and development experience in the banking sector. 
•    Development experience in the major technologies

•    Audit and risk management awareness 
•    IT performance and quality management techniques
