Job Purpose

To provide front office customer service support by receiving and guiding customers in the branch and provide basic services and assistance as required to fulfill the branch requirements and ensure high customer satisfaction

Specific Accountabilities

1. Customer Service Deliver high quality customer service and exceed satisfaction goals Customer enquiries

2. Meets & Greets: Meet and greet customers in a courteous manner, understand their requirements and direct them to the relevant personnel Customer service

3. Desk Management  Handle incoming customer enquiries –  

4. Handle these personally or refer to others

5. Ensure colleague understands customer requirements on-Cash

6. Document Processing Process all non-cash activities promptly and accurately to customer's satisfaction Records

7. Customer Records Create, update and maintain relevant customer records ensuring that data is recorded appropriately

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Administration and Management

Experience

  • 1 - 3 year’s experience in a Consumer Branch role
