Job Purpose

Carryout the process of approval of credit facilities

Specific Accountabilities

  1. Corporate Support: Support CBD, IBD and UAE business by co-ordinating with all business staff and organizing credit proposals for various committees, photocopying and distribution at all levels from relationship Managers to Board Members on bi-weekly basis.
  2. Communication: Communicate meeting agenda & schedule and timely release of minutes.
  3. Facility Management: Coordinating with vendors and stores to ensure credit committee printing, infrastructure and supplies are well maintained and timely actions taken. 
  4. Database: Maintain records of credit approvals of all stages from credit committee up to Board Approval.

Diploma Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Finance


  • At least 2 years’ banking sector experience
  • Experience of banking practices and processes


  • Understanding of corporate banking products and services
  • Knowledge of Approval Matrix of CBD and IBD
