Job Purpose

Issue, amend, claim, or cancel related transactions, reviewing transactions in accordance with ABK policies and procedures, and maintain proper records for banking instructions to be followed.

Specific Accountabilities

  1. Transactions Check:  Review all daily transactions for accuracy to ensure appropriate financial reporting and confirm transactions and update associated ledger position to ensure accurate data.
  2. Documents Review: Verify the accuracy of documents and banking advices as required to ensure continuity of transactions.
  3. Reports Accuracy: Review end-of-day reports for accuracy and advice and provide management with any adjustments as appropriate to ensure accurate management reporting.
  4. Follow-up: Follow up work of clerical support staff to ensure efficient functioning of activities and provide guidance to them in their day to day

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Certification/Experience in Business Managament & Admistration

Experience

  • Fresh up to 2 years banking sector experience

Skills

  • Extensive knowledge of banking sector theory, practice, tools and techniques.
